This policy explains how InfiniteSolutions Technologies LLC ("InfiniteSolutions," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information on this website and in StillTranscripts, our transcription product. InfiniteSolutions Technologies LLC is the data controller for this processing.

1. Information we process

Depending on how you use our website or StillTranscripts, we process:

Raw purchase credentials, sign-in tokens, and raw device-verification credentials are not kept as profile data. Product measurements exclude recordings, transcript text, purchase credentials, sign-in tokens, and raw device-verification responses.

2. How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide requested transcriptions, maintain transcript history and exports, process and verify purchases, manage transcription-time balances, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations.

3. Cloud and AI processing

StillTranscripts is not a local-only processing product. Recordings you submit are transferred over HTTPS to our cloud services and to contracted AI transcription processors solely to complete the transcription you requested. Product credentials and processor credentials remain outside the Android application.

We use service providers for functions such as website hosting and content delivery, cloud hosting and storage, AI transcription, payment and purchase verification, transactional email, security, and customer support. These providers process information on our behalf only as needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information or use recordings or transcript text for advertising.

4. Audio and transcript retention

Ready Sooner: associated audio is scheduled for deletion within 24 hours.

Ready Later: associated audio remains private while queued or processing and for a short period after a terminal result, with a hard maximum of 72 hours.

Deleting a transcript removes any remaining associated audio immediately. Transcript text and account data remain available while your account is active until you delete the content or request account deletion. Limited transaction and security records may be retained when needed for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or another legal obligation; where practical, those records are detached from active content.

5. Transactional email and notifications

We may send service-related email needed to operate your account, including sign-in or security messages, purchase confirmations or receipts, requested transcription status messages, important service notices, and replies to support requests. These transactional messages are not marketing subscriptions. Optional Android notifications can tell you when a requested transcript is ready and can be disabled in Android settings.

6. Your choices and deletion

You can export, edit, and delete StillTranscripts content from the product. To request account deletion, use the account-deletion control in StillTranscripts or email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and the limited retention described above.

7. Security and external links

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Our website may link to external sites with their own privacy practices.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version here and change the date above.
