These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern this website and the software products provided by InfiniteSolutions Technologies LLC ("InfiniteSolutions," "we," "us," or "our"), including StillTranscripts. Product-specific notices presented in an app or store listing also apply. If those notices conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website or product.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, bypass security or usage controls, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.

3. Your recordings and content

You retain responsibility for recordings and transcripts you create. Submit a recording only when you have the legal right and every consent required where you are. Do not upload material that is unlawful, abusive, confidential without authority, or infringing. You grant us the limited permission necessary to host, process, and transmit submitted content solely to provide and secure the service.

4. Transcription results

StillTranscripts uses automated AI processing. Transcripts may contain errors, omissions, incorrect names, or other inaccuracies. Review important output before relying on it. The service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

5. Ready Later and cancellation

Ready Later normally targets completion within 24 hours, but this is not a guarantee. A cancellation request may race with processing. Transcription time is restored only when cancellation is confirmed; if a completed result wins that race, the successful transcription is charged normally.

6. Purchases and transcription-time balances

Successful transcription uses the displayed amount of transcription time; failed processing does not. Purchased time remains available while your account is active. Purchases, refunds, and billing are also subject to the terms of the store or payment channel used. Refunds, reversals, or chargebacks may remove related unused time and may create a negative balance when that time was already used. Contact support if you believe a charge or balance is incorrect.

7. Availability and changes

Temporary interruptions can occur, and features may change as the product evolves. When transcription processing is unavailable, StillTranscripts is designed to preserve an accepted private recording for retry instead of fabricating transcript text. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. License and ownership

Subject to these Terms and any product-specific license, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for its intended purpose. InfiniteSolutions and its licensors retain all rights in the website, applications, branding, and service technology. You retain rights you hold in the recordings and content you submit.

9. Disclaimer of warranty

The software and website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfiniteSolutions Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the software or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our products or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published here with a revised date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
